A Better Fence Company is a family-owned fencing contractor in Citrus Heights, California, with more than 20 years of experience serving El Dorado, Sacramento, and Placer counties. They specialize in the construction and repair of wood, iron, chain link, and corral fencing for residential and commercial clients.
This project involved a complete redevelopment of their existing website. Industry research was used to identify content opportunities and target relevant search terms. We expanded the fence construction service pages, improved the project galleries, and developed a blog strategy focused on building topical authority and improving local search visibility.
The website features a homepage slideshow highlighting their primary fence types, a dedicated Fence Buyer’s Guide with vertical tab navigation, accordion-style FAQ sections, and image galleries with PrettyPhoto lightbox viewing. Additional work included extensive content writing, image optimization, internal linking, schema implementation, and on-page SEO enhancements.
