SCAPA is a Sacramento County labor union founded in 2010 to protect the rights of administrative professionals. We developed their first website in 2013 using WordPress, including a custom logo, and have provided ongoing content support since then.
In 2019 we redeveloped the site as a custom responsive HTML5 design, chosen in part for the added security benefits of a static website. The redesign features a jQuery hero slideshow on the homepage, left sidebar navigation, accordion toggles, and responsive tables. We modernized the logo, handled the hosting transfer and SSL setup, and provided content writing assistance throughout; a sitemap was created and submitted to search engines.
