Our CMS websites are developed using the latest version of the popular WordPress content management system platform.
Lifted from Darkness is the personal website of author Jeanette Towne, created to promote her book about surviving domestic violence. In 2015, we developed their WordPress site with a custom slideshow styled to match the book jacket, embedded video, reviews, and book sales linking. When the original theme was discontinued, we rebuilt the site as a custom HTML website to preserve the existing design. We continue to provide content updates as needed.
Newport Beach Brew Boat was one of two brew boat websites we created, the first being Sac Brew Boat. Developed in 2020 as a partner site, this custom WordPress build featured booking system integration and was supported with ongoing content updates, CMS maintenance, and security monitoring. In addition to this project, we also developed Sac Brew Bike, Sac Brew Boat, San Jose Brew Bike, Reno Brew Bike, Santa Rosa Brew Bike, and San Francisco Brew Bike. The Newport Beach business closed in 2024.
Feist Cabinets & Woodworks, Inc. is a family-owned custom cabinetry business in Elk Grove serving Sacramento homes and businesses since 1987. We built their first website in 2008 and redeveloped it twice, most recently in 2017 with a custom WordPress theme featuring masonry galleries, testimonial carousels, and extensive SEO optimization. We supported the site until Barbara Feist sold the business in January 2025.
Lafitte Music Center provided private instruction and group classes for a variety of instruments in Citrus Heights, CA. In 2019, we redeveloped their WordPress site with a modern layout featuring parallax images, embedded YouTube videos, scrolling reviews, and local SEO targeting. We supported the site with content updates, CMS maintenance, and security monitoring until the business was sold in 2023.
Image Innovations is a custom photography portfolio for an award-winning Sacramento photographer. We first developed their site in 2003 and redeveloped it twice, most recently in 2015 as a WordPress site featuring a Galleria-styled slideshow, masonry grid galleries, and background music on select galleries. We provided hosting and support from 2003 until the site closed in 2022.
Clarksburg Wine Country was created for the Clarksburg Wine Growers Association. In 2012 we redeveloped their older website with a custom WordPress design. Unfortunately, after choosing to manage the site in-house, subsequent edits introduced layout inconsistencies that are not representative of our original work. And in 2019 our developer credit was removed and replaced with “Celta Themes,” despite the fact that the underlying design remains ours. Our original, professional design can still be seen in the portfolio images on this page.
